About Nathalie Bellofatto — Founder & Principal Consultant, N2 FSO

Nathalie was born and raised in San Diego, CA, where she joined the Navy as an Intelligence Specialist in 2010. Over her nine-year naval career, she completed two deployments aboard the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN, served as an Individual Augmentee at JSOTF-P in the Philippines, and held a final overseas assignment at NAVSTA Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

In 2019, Nathalie transitioned to industry, initially joining Northrop Grumman before moving to Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., where she spent seven years progressively managing facility security operations. She held the roles of Corporate Facility Security Officer, Corporate Government Property Administrator, Insider Threat Senior Program Official, FSO and AFSO across 20+ cleared facilities company-wide. During this time, Nathalie has prepared for, and completed, over 30 DCSA security reviews, with the four most recent completed on-site in April 2026, resulting in four Superior rating scores.

In July 2026, Nathalie founded her own industrial security consulting firm, N2 FSO LLC, in hopes of bringing her deep expertise to more companies in need of her extensive experience and committed excellence.
